Obscure Street Light Postings

I am often amazed at the random combinations of paper posted on objects in this city. More often in this city, I see various home made advertisements that represent some of the truest members of Los Angeles. The public has no fear.

In this photo, I am interested in the correlation between bikinis and the handicapped.
